Thank you for everything.

After an amazing ride that started back in 1983, Wheel and Heel will close up shop next month. The last two years have been filled with challenging circumstances. Ongoing supply disruptions and ever increasing internet competition prompted hard questions about how our future would look. We have wondered about how we could continue to maintain a high standard of service in this fast changing landscape. We also need to allow ourselves the time and space required to attend to important personal and family matters. Ultimately, we decided that we are ready to move on and start a new chapter.

 Saying goodbye is not easy because there are so many happy memories that we share. There are many people to thank, including all of our incredible customers, employees, and vendor representatives who we have been fortunate to work with. Above all else, we have hoped to share joy and physical fitness through cycling and to deliver helpful advice and friendly service along the way. It has been an epic journey and we are thankful for having had the opportunity to serve our community and proud of what we were able to accomplish. We know that you will keep riding, and we will do the same. We would like to acknowledge all of the great bike shops in our area and ask that you continue to support them for all of your cycling needs.
